Our rooms
The rooms are located in a Périgourdin complex facing the swimming pool and the truffle field.
They are on one level, are 20m² and have a shower as well as a separate toilet.
Beige and refined, the Melanosporum room, in homage to the black truffle, has a large 160cm bed and can accommodate 2 people.

We welcome you to the estate from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for the handover of the keys.
Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. the following morning.
To start the day off right, a delicious breakfast will be served to you from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
fresh bread, regional jams, pastries or homemade cake, fruit juices and hot drinks.

General conditions of sale & cancellation
The entire property is non-smoking. However, you will find a few ashtrays away from the buildings and the truffle pit. We love animals but for the sake of cohabitation with our working dog, we cannot accommodate others.
Home :
• Arrival between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. We must be notified in the event of arrival after this time slot. In order to respect the tranquility of the place, arrivals cannot be made after 9:30 p.m.
• Rooms vacated by 10:30 a.m.
• Breakfast served between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Reservation:
• Reservations are made via the reservation form on the website, by email or by telephone. The reservation will be final after receipt of the deposit of 50% of the total amount. Payment can be made by bank transfer, by credit card (Mastercard, Visa) valid on the end date of the stay or checks.
• The deposit must be received by us before the start of the stay, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.
• Payment of the balance of the stay 3 weeks before your arrival.
• In the event of exceeding the number of people indicated when booking (including babies) and/or non-compliance with age, we reserve the right to refuse access to our guest house and apply our general conditions of sale.

Cancelation :
• Non-refundable deposit
• Cancellation in cases of force majeure (serious accident, death)
• Any stay started is due in full.
• Any cancellation must be communicated by email.
• If the customer does not show up before 8 p.m. on the scheduled start day of the stay, the reservation becomes void and the service provider can use its guest rooms. The deposit remains with the service provider who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.
